I’m a big fan of taking a walk to clear stress. Nature can be so healing. The rhythmic motion, fresh air, and change of scenery can do wonders to aid in clearing your mind and reducing stress. Focus on your surroundings, breathe deeply, and let the walk soothe your mind.

If you don’t live in a walkable area, this may not be easy, and you may have to travel to get out in nature for a walk.

3. Take a Bath or Shower

Water has a natural cleansing effect, both physically and mentally. A warm bath or shower can help wash away the stress of the day.

As the water flows over you, imagine it carrying away all the tension and negative energy. Add some essential oils or Epsom salts for an extra touch of relaxation.

4. Meditate or Pray
